Warranty and Services Policy

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Furnace Bay Rods are carefully constructed and inspected to insure the highest quality and reliability. It is important to note that warranty failures likely will happen due to outside influence rather than a defect in the rod or workmanship.

Furnace Bay Rods carry a limited warranty for the lifetime of the original owner. Any failures due to manufacture defect, defect in materials or construction, Furnace Bay Rods will, at it’s discretion, repair or replace the rod at no cost. ** Damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear can be repaired or replaced for a fee. An estimate will be mailed before repair or replacement is initiated.

Dealers are not required to replace or repair warranty claims. Claims must be handled between the factory and the consumer. Rods should be properly packaged and sent to:

If you have not filled out and sent in a Warranty card a copy of the store receipt showing date of the purchase and $20.00 for return shipping should accompany all claims. A completed Warranty card on file is not mandatory but will eliminate conflicts to who is the original owner.

*** Furnace Bay Rods and Associates are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages due to rod failures.

Damaged Goods

Any claim for product damaged in transit or during shipment must be made to Furnace Bay Rods within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Shipping Discrepancies

Claims for product discrepancies must be made to Furnace Bay Rods within 10 days of receipt of goods.
